The mission of the Creative Studio division is to support initiatives arising from the Desjardins Group’s marketing plan in creating and producing advertisements and content intended for members and customers, individuals and businesses, and to promote the Desjardins brand in all its channels. The roll
You will report to the Director of the Creative Studio and be responsible for the design, creation and production of content for the company’s various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, blogs, etc.). You will have to produce photo and video content yourself.

You will have to collaborate with various experts (creative directors, social media content strategists, community managers, copywriters, artistic directors, motion designers, designers, etc.) to create content that is increasingly relevant to our objectives. You will need to develop solid and lasting interpersonal relationships with your employees.

You fulfill the role of advisor and expert in your field and are asked to make recommendations related to your company.

Main responsibilities

  • Acting as a creative engine for our social offensives
  • Contribute to the development of the content strategy of the various social platforms of the organization, in collaboration with the social media team
  • Provide a creative advisory role to internal partners and my colleagues
  • Design content adapted to social platforms in conjunction with the brand identity, graphic platforms and good social practices
  • Developing, writing and preparing presentation documents
  • Support, present and defend the developed creative approaches
  • Based on a brief summary, establish and organize the work sequence in collaboration with project stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end projects, from briefing to delivery
  • Follow-up with internal partners and the production team during execution
  • Ensuring the production of content (graphics, photo, video, animation) in autonomous mode and/or in collaboration
  • Ensuring the quality of the results and respecting deadlines
  • Participate in the development of a brand book for the movement’s social platforms
  • Constantly look for social trends and make recommendations
  • Supporting the creative director in various mandates.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or an appropriate discipline
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Three to five years of experience creating social media content
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • For vacancies available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Very good knowledge of social platforms and their best practices (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Thorough knowledge of all visual design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
  • Knowledge of producing original photo, video and audio content.
  • Editorial knowledge on social platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO copywriting (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written (a plus)
