Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator | dulcedo

We are looking for a special person with a “multiple personality” to speak among our various units. Someone who is creative with an innate ability to conceive and create unique brand images with multiple voices – no less. An open-minded person, passionate about fashion, influencers, sports and entertainment, who thrives in an ever-changing work environment.

Working closely with our Community and Social Media Manager, the Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator will help bring the company’s brand to life by representing the 5 units. This role spans their multiple identities and draws on their range of talents to design and deploy marketing and graphic design, and possibly more in the future. They will help develop Dulcedo’s marketing plans to achieve goals, strengthen the brand, gain market share, acquire customers and attract new talent to join the company. While embodying the 5 different voices of each department.

To be successful in this role, you must be very comfortable taking on different identities and changing them on command to produce content. You must have a passion for graphic design, writing, creating and publishing content across different channels, and you have a deep understanding of social media rules and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Graphic design
  • Graphic content development and communication tool design in collaboration with other team members
  • Development of visual presentation and other graphic elements
  • Ensure respect for the brand image for every department
  • Ensure the visual quality of graphic elements
  • Planning and organization
  • Contribute to the development of a unique personality for each department of the company
  • Execute communication plans by coordinating projects with teams including modeling agencies, influencers, esports and entertainment
  • Keep a close eye on our brand performance and communications to understand, draw conclusions and provide insight into the competition
  • Participate in meetings with any department and organize brainstorming sessions for event ideas
  • Use ClickUp to assign and track the list of tasks assigned to each team member and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communication completely in French and English, including translations and writings

Social media

  • Oversee all virtual communities by keeping an eye on the media news, looking for trends and communicating quickly with our audience.
  • Collect content from each department to publish content
  • Community Management: Respond to Fan Comments
  • Create daily posts and creative content on each of the company’s social media channels to increase engagement with websites and microsites.

blog

  • Collect content from each department to publish content
  • Regularly write original content for all company blogs
  • Find and contact guest bloggers in any relevant industry to become occasional or regular blog contributors

Newsletters

  • Collect content from each department to publish newsletters
  • Segment business contact lists and ensure the necessary information is sent to the right audience

Events

  • Help plan and coordinate communication efforts around each department and their events
  • Planning and coordination of live broadcasts or podcasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years working in a marketing or public relations agency in a similar role
  • Experience in graphic design and with graphic design software (Canva or Adobe)
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and familiarity with social media are considered essential requirements
  • English (oral and written) required, French optional
  • Solid knowledge in the world of fashion, beauty and entertainment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships
  • Must have a structured way of working; planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong personality who can work independently as well as in a team
  • Organization is key
  • Experience working with release management software
  • Excels in a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
