The graphic designer reports to the graphic design coordinator and develops innovative and creative concepts in line with the Association’s brand image. He will have to ensure that the concepts meet the business objectives, are adapted to the needs of internal and external customers and are rejected in the different formats required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create visual concepts adapted to different digital and print media
  • Developing promotional items for print and web
    (folder, poster, insert, band, banner, etc.)
  • Prepare electronic documents (templates, stylesheets, etc.), process images,
    do the layout and photo montage according to technical standards
  • Carry out the assemblies according to customer specifications and the prescribed deadlines
  • Contribute to the design of the magazine Construire
  • Present and argue developed concepts
  • Make sure the content created matches the communication objectives
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders involved in the projects
  • Participate in proofreading before producing official documentation
  • Make sure the branding platform is respected
  • Provide monitoring and quality control at all stages of a project
  • Submit quotes to suppliers
  • Manage our internal image bank
  • Carry out any other related duties related to his skills and the proper functioning of the service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College Diploma (DEC) in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Experience between one (1) and five (5) years
  • Excellent command of Adobe suite software in a PC environment
    (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Autonomy with the Microsoft suite (presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of printing standards and very good knowledge
    in the web domain
  • Highly developed sense of customer service
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Good knowledge of photography (a plus)
  • Knowledge of video editing (a plus)
  • Knowledge of associations and/or the construction sector (a plus).
