this time they opened the doors to the Elysée

It’s no secret that Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron have had to go through many obstacles and endure harsh criticism of their relationship. After all, they persevered, and their love is now stronger than anything else.

The relationship between Emmanuel and Brigitte began while the latter was still married to André-Louis Auzière. She also invited him to her villa Monéjean.

The banker had a very hard time accepting his wife’s betrayal of a man 25 years younger than her. They divorced in 2006, leaving the road open for young Emmanuel Macron.

The rest is known by all: Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron have been the subject of fierce criticism, especially because of their age difference. Fortunately, nothing is more important to them than their love. The Macron couple broke custom twice by opening the doors of the Élysée Palace to the public. Explanations.

ON 24 MOVED EMMANUEL MACRON BRIGITTE’S EXAMINER FROM THEIR VILLA BEFORE THEIR DIVORCE

When we read Emmanuel Macron’s declaration of fortune published on December 9, 2021, we discover that the lavish villa Monéjan, in which the presidential couple often resides, belongs to Brigitte Macron. She inherited it from her father, who acquired it in the late 1950s.

It turns out that Brigitte also lived there with her first husband, André-Louis Auzière.

The banker and the youngest of the Trogneux family met in the early 1970s. They married in October 2007. André-Louis Auzière had no difficulty in adapting to the codes of the Côte d’Azur bourgeoisie. Together with his wife, they lived in several regions: in Amiens, in Alsace, but also in Le Touquet, in the villa Monéjan.

The late 90s marks the beginning of the breakup between this couple. André-Louis discovers the relationship that his wife has with a young man who is 25 years younger than her. As minor progress, André-Louis Auzière no longer has any illusions about the future of his marriage.

In 2001, Brigitte introduced Emmanuel Macron to her relatives in Le Touquet. His charm works to his advantage, and the young Macron is accepted by Brigitte’s friends. When he turned 24, Brigitte invited the young Emmanuel to her villa Monéjan in Le Touquet.

In 2006, André-Louis Auzière finally accepts the divorce, which gives free access to Emmanuel Macron. Despite many criticisms, Emmanuel and Brigitte held on, and they were married on October 20, 2007.

André-Louis Auzière was a man of a discreet character. When he felt betrayed by his ex-wife, he made the choice to move away from the media after their divorce. He spent the rest of his life imprisoned, out of the reach of the media. He sadly died in December 2019 at the age of 68 years.

VILLA MONÉJAN ESTIMATED TODAY BETWEEN 2.7 AND 2.8 MILLION EURO

The name that Villa Monéjan bears comes from the combination of the first names of Brigitte Macron’s grandparents: Simone and Jean. This 4-storey building is located in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. Its value is now known.

In 2017 before the presidential election, Brigitte Macron’s husband declared the value of this villa at 1.2 million euros. It turns out that it was undervalued by 200,000 euros to escape the ISF. The tax authorities forced him (Emmanuel Macron) to correct his statement.

In 2015, Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron received a loan of 350,000 euros (over 15 years) from Crédit Mutuel. This money enabled them to carry out major renovation work on Villa Monéjan. In 2022, its value literally exploded:

“Today, this villa of at least 250 m² of living space with garden, completely renovated, south facing and in the heart of the Golden Triangle, is worth between 2.7 and 2.8 million euros”,

said a real estate agent from Le Touquet.

In addition, the Macron couple have already repaid about 2/3 of this loan through monthly payments of 2400 euros. They still have 127,000 euros for repayment, but that should not be a problem. Brigitte Macron actually rents 2 rooms located on the ground floor of the building.

There is no doubt that it is a juicy investment that keeps growing. In fact, the property income from this building was estimated at 23,586 euros in 2017. Four years later, in 2021, this income increased to 27,559 euros.

THE PRESIDENT COUPLE DISCOUNT THEIR CURRENT HOME, FURNISHED BY THE ELYSÉE

The Élysée is used to receiving personalities from the political world, but it is rare for citizens to be invited there. However, Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron made an exception in 2018. The President of the Republic’s YouTube channel published unpublished photos of this evening that were open to the public.

On June 21, 2018, the presidential couple decided to deviate from the rule by opening the doors to the Élysée Palace on the occasion of the Fête de la Musique. Audiences, but also several acclaimed artists were invited. We were able to see Chloé, Kiddy Smile, Busy P or even Kavinsky, put in the performance.

The stairs and the inner courtyard of the Élysée Palace have been transformed (in a few hours) into a giant outdoor disco.

The Macron couple took part in this magnificent spectacle, comfortably installed in their house located on the Élysée. Shortly after, they joined the crowd while being protected by security barriers. They seemed to enjoy the moment by being happy and making some sober dance moves.

The Macron couple repeated this experience in June 2021. The President of the Republic invited Irène Dresel, Jean-Michel Jarre and Marc Cerrone. The artists performed in front of almost 300 guests, including young recipients of the Kulturpasset.
