Reporting to the Supervisor – Graphic Design and Production, the Project Manager – Graphic Production will be responsible for coordinating all print and digital projects. In a highly competitive and changing context, the candidate’s main mission will be to monitor and ensure the studio’s graphic production in relation to the various projects, requests and deliverables.

Main responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisor in planning, managing and monitoring the production of all content produced by the team of graphic designers.
  • Coordinating the various activities between the studio team and the marketing stakeholders
    and other services.
  • Provide leadership with positive influence that promotes decision-making.
  • Follow up on projects and obtain the required approvals at the right time, respecting the deadlines for the various deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control and make necessary follow-ups with the graphic design supervisor.
  • Prioritize the tasks to be performed and assign them to the graphic designers.
  • Attend the different marketing meetings related to the alignment of the content and publications of the different banners.
  • Ensure compliance with brand images in the elements produced by the studio.
  • Take a proactive role in problem solving.
  • Propose solutions adapted to the realities of marketing to improve the efficiency and profitability of the studio’s services.

Experience needed

  • Relevant university or college diploma combined with concrete experience in coordinating print and digital production projects within a studio.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the following environments: corporate marketing department, advertising agency, design agency or other relevant environment.
  • Insight into production steps for different digital and print channels.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel) and Adobe suite.
  • Good knowledge of graphics software on Mac (a plus).
  • Fluent in written and spoken French (English a plus).
  • Retail knowledge.
