Two children disappear without a trace

A man whose two children once disappeared without a trace from school has been shocked and happy to find them three years later. This loving father never lost hope, though false observations often hampered research.

Christmas is a time of joy for many, especially children, who know they will soon open their eyes and find what Santa has left for them.

This discovery is usually followed by great joy, and that was exactly how a family man from Brisbane, Harry Speath, had it when he discovered the gifts that awaited him on his doorstep.

No, it was not about sweets, but about his children who had disappeared without a trace three years earlier, so no search had found them, neither him nor the police. Keep reading to find out what really happened.

In December 2014, Harry Speath was a single father caring for his two children, Serena and Thomas Speath. He was a proud father who loved his children dearly and cared for them just as passionately.

One day, he picked up the two children from their school to discover that they had disappeared. He waited for them for a long time after school, but quickly realized that they would not go with him.

When he inquired about them, he was told that they had not been to school for three days. This is the start of an exhausting quest and a nightmare that will last for years.

The loving father last saw the two children when they were with their mother, who was his wife. He was so afraid that the woman, who had dual European citizenship, had fled with the children.

His life changed rapidly and he began to channel all of his resources to be reunited with his two children. He hired professionals, opened a Facebook page asking for help, and he also traveled the country hoping to find a trail that would lead them to them. However, he only encountered dead ends.

Serena and Thomas had not been enrolled in new schools and their health insurance card had not been used. It was a difficult time in his life, but Harry never gave up, even though it seemed like his two children had disappeared.

In time, Harry began to lose hope; his search yielded nothing, and he did not have unlimited resources to keep searching, not to mention that his life was slowly losing color as he tried to find his children.

Noel came to nothing and her birthday made her feel like a failure due to her inability to find Serena and Thomas. Nevertheless, every year, at International Missing Children’s Day, Harry lit candles for his two children in the hope that one day they would return to him.

Before he knew it, three years had passed and nothing had changed. His hopes faded even more. In May 2017, American experts developed a photo manipulation that reflected the change that must have physically taken place in Serena and Thomas during the three years they disappeared.

The recordings were broadcast on national television. They have resumed efforts to find the two children. Then, on the anniversary of their disappearance, Harry posted on Facebook a touching tribute he wrote to his children.

In it, he boldly claims that the children were abducted and reveals that it is three years since he has seen or heard from them. He also wrote:

“It’s been three birthdays (theirs and mine), Christmas, Easter, Father’s Day, three years of vacation …”

He ended this heartbreaking tribute by declaring his love for them and writing:

“In the meantime. I love you both very, very much. Sending you many, many, many hugs and kisses through the miles that separate us, no matter how far apart.”

The longer time passed, the more Harry began to fear that he would never see his children again, and he worried more and more about their health and well-being.

He had even started resigning with the idea that he would have to spend another Christmas without them when he heard a knock on the door.

It was the Australian Federal Police and her two children were with them. They had been found in the Sunshine Coast outback with their mother, about 150 miles from where they had disappeared years earlier.

While Harry was picking up his children, their mother, Mrs Adare, was arrested and taken to court to stand trial at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia in Brisbane.

But for this devoted father, it is the best Christmas present he has ever received, and suddenly his life is amazing again.

Her story is a clear proof that it is important never to give up, especially when fighting for the people you love. Share this story if you think a dad’s love is capable of anything. Also discover the story of this elderly woman walking in her husband’s grave and sees two small children standing.
