New talents at dada

Hobbies welcomes four new talents (three in creation and one in consultancy) and promotes two talents in creation to follow up on key mandates won in recent weeks.

Listed as one of Canada’s 150 Best Workplaces (42and rank of the 50 companies with 50 employees or fewer), with numerous certifications to his name, seven HR marketing mandates for very large companies in progress, several new partnerships since the beginning of the year, two webinars with more than 160 participants and training on the employer brand offered in June and September, the agency continues its hypergrowth with love and relevance.

Cassandra Jetten (ex-Freelancer for Le Tanneur, SNCF and June Twenty First) joins the team at Hobbies as an artistic director. Possession of a Master 2 in Artistic Direction, Visual and Digital Communication from Intuit Lab School, Cassandra has nearly ten years of experience. Passionate about composition, symmetry and asymmetry, this Ontario native returns strongly to Canada after her 13 years in France. Marie-Provence St-Yves (ex-Aubainerie, Nomad Junkies, L’incubateur) joins the team of Hobbies as a community manager and editor. With a bachelor’s degree in communications journalism from the University of Quebec in Montreal, she is completing her DESS in marketing communications and brand management from HEC Montreal. Full of ideas and always on the lookout for the latest trends on social media, Marie Provence has a passion and an energy that made him find his place within the team in the blink of an eye. Federick Vidot (ex-Freelancer, ROSZ, LE CHÂTEAU) joins the team of Hobbies as a graphic designer. With a DEC in Graphic Design from Dawson College, Federick is a creative person at heart. Curious and motivated, he likes to take on challenges and continues to learn through his professional and personal experiences. Andreanne Ferland (ex-BonLook) joins the team at Hobbies as a consultant. Holder of a major in communication and media studies and a certificate in marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Andreanne joined Hobbies armed with his seven years of experience as a communications and public relations project manager. Passionate about social media and always on the lookout for the latest marketing trends, she uses her agility and good humor, essential assets in her new role in the consultancy service. To support the growth of dada’s creative team, the agency has decided to Oscar and Olivier, formerly artistic directors, to the positions of Co-DC. Seasoned creatives know how to take the team, the projects and the brands further.

Oscar Kayzak (ex-partner Studio de design Sextans), senior artistic director at Hobbies since October 2020 is now Co-DC. Holder of a Diploma in Graphic Design and Animation/Interactive Technologies from Dawson College and a Diploma in Photography from Collège Marsan, Oscar is a complete artist and a true Swiss army knife. Of Armenian nationality, but a Quebecer by adoption, he loves cultures, masters four languages ​​perfectly and draws a lot of inspiration from them. Since his arrival in dada, Oscar worked on the brand images of Lassonde, Médicus, La Cage, Ékorce, Auclair and the Conseil québécois de la musique. To be Hobbies : racing, fashion and making his colleagues laugh as much as his three daughters.

Olivier Rielland Nadeau (ex-DenstuBos, TP1), artistic director at Hobbies since June 2020 is now Co-DC. Graduated in graphic design from Cégep Marie-Victorin and recognized in the field, most notably with Boomerang, Numix, Design Edge Canada and Créa, Olivier is an artist at heart fascinated by beauty and precision. As an artistic director, he contributed to the brand platforms of Nikon, Axelys, Bota Bota, Desjardins Assurances, Unibroue, Transat, Manuvie and many others. To be Hobbies : art, coffee and puns.
