RTX 3060 & rtx 3060 Ti Graphics Cards: Prices Finally Down!

News good plan RTX 3060 & rtx 3060 Ti Graphics Cards: Prices Finally Down!

After a long period of scarcity, we finally seem to be getting closer to a lull in the graphics card market. This is especially true for the RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti, which are currently dropping in price at many sellers!

Nvidia RTX graphics cards are finally back in stock at fair prices!

The oldest of us still remember it. This time when graphics cards and various computer components were still for a fair price and where mounting a fixed PC was the best solution to have powerful hardware at a low price.

Since then, there has been a huge shortage in the tech world.

The problem came in part from a small component: the “semiconductors”. They are very complex to produce, but are nevertheless essential to make our favorite consoles and graphics cards.

Add to this first problem factory closures due to Covid, strong international tensions, rising commodity prices and even energy.

Until recently, prices were way too high to make your own desktop PC without blowing your bank account. And this was especially true for small budgets who then had to settle for the laptop market to equip themselves.

Fortunately, we finally seem to be calming down. Prices are not yet at the MSRP (the manufacturer’s suggested retail price), but more and more graphics cards are falling in price.

And this is especially true at the entry level with the Nvidia RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti, which are currently falling in price in many stores.

Nvidia RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti: the best deals

Between the shops and the many offers it is sometimes difficult to navigate and choose the best value for money. That’s why we selected 5 offers from different stores on the RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti.

3060 Ti

The 3060 Ti is a mid-range card made for 1440p. It has more than decent performance in Ray Tracing and will therefore be perfect for a first gaming PC or to replace an old card.

  • For $599, the MSI Ventus 2X version of the 3060 Ti is available from Amazon. With a manufacturer like MSI you are assured of good quality and performance that will last. It has 8 GB of graphics RAM and two fans that keep it at a good temperature and give it a nice design.
  • Slightly cheaper, the Zotac Twin Edge is offered for €579 on Materiel.net. With a slightly more specific design and two fans, it also comes with 8 GB of video memory.

Less expensive than its big sister, the 3060 Ti, but also less efficient. If the Ti version was made with 1440p in mind, then the RTX 3060 is more focused on Full HD and thus 1080p. You choose it if you have a budget configuration in mind that preferably displays its games in Full HD with a good number of frames per second.

  • With the Ventus 2X for €459 on Materiel.net, MSI offers an excellent RTX 3060 model at a good price. In the end, it’s already €100 less compared to the 3060 Ti for relatively little difference. MSI is still betting on a version with two fans and a resolute gamer design, but remains fairly sober. Note that it has 12 GB of GDDR6 memory.
  • Same price for the Gigabyte Eagle offered for €459 in Rue du commerce. The design is squarer than the MSI version and therefore more sober.
  • Finally, the Gainward Ghost is offered by Materiel.net for just €439! As powerful as the other references, however, it has a slightly more basic design, which lacks a bit of spice to catch the eye.
