Delphine Jubillar: this new decision of the courts on the placement of her two children

This Thursday, June 16, the judge for children renewed the placement of Cédric and Delphine Jubillar’s children. Louis and Elyah stay with their aunt.

This Thursday, June 16, Cédric Jubillar, suspected of the disappearance of his wife Delphine, was transferred to the court in Albi. The reason ? The child judge would review the father of the family for the renewal of the placement of her two children, Louis, 7 and a half years old and his little sister, Elyah, 3 years old. The judge then decided to place again the two young children with Delphine Jubillar’s sister, Stéphanie. A measure that had already been taken last year under the indictment of Cédric Jubillar. During the hearing, the judge could hear Louis, his aunt and uncle to verify that all the conditions were met to continue this placement.

As for their father, he returned to prison after this hearing. Earlier this week, the new request for release filed by his lawyers was denied. “After examining the 11,266 pages in the case file, the judge followed the prosecution’s requisitions, which demanded continued custody. The defense announced that it intended to appeal. It will be up to the investigative chamber to decide – she could do so in a few days.”remembered our colleagues from World.

Cédric Jubillar still in prison

On Sunday, June 12, one of Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers returned at his request for release : “We are going to one year in custody, and the judiciary must decide after one year whether this detention, which must be extraordinary, must be extended or not. […] On what facts he could [le juge des libertés et de la détention, ndlr.], in your opinion, decide to release your client? There could apparently be no evidence, no condemnation element or evidence for Mr. Jubilee’s fault “, he confided in BFMTV.
