This position may be for you!

Team mission

The mission of the Creative Studio division is to support initiatives arising from the Desjardins Group’s marketing plan in the creation and production of advertisements for members and customers, individuals and companies, and to promote the Desjardins brand in all its channels. We are known for our team spirit, our collaboration and our agility.

Reporting to the team leader, your main role is to provide tactical support to the account manager in production regarding the different mandates and advertising campaigns by planning the different deliverables, helping to prepare the different quotes, contracts and agreements and production schedules and invoicing to be monitored.

You are also responsible for the coordination and implementation of graphic projects entrusted to you or files to be outsourced. You will analyze and understand the needs of our internal applicants, advise them and identify the different external solutions available to you. You are the main point of contact for our third-party graphic design suppliers and you follow up projects to ensure that deadlines, budgets, deadlines and Desjardins graphics standards are adhered to.

You are called upon to communicate with different employees working in complementary fields of work. Organizational skills and mastery of interpersonal relationships then become essential skills.

How about on a daily basis?

  • Support of the account manager in production regarding mandates and advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to the drafting of quotations, contracts and agreements based on predefined models
  • Manage production schedules and invitations in collaboration with the account manager
  • Production Monitoring Orchestration
  • Update and monitor production schedules
  • Monitor project billing
  • Manage sending and receiving files
  • Support the account manager to update the usage rights table
  • Outsourcing of graphic design projects
  • Responsible for managing outsourcing projects in design and production
  • Communicate with internal staff for initial mandate needs assessment
  • Identify the best external partner to carry out the mandate and ensure its management according to the established schedule
  • Ensure third-party vendor compliance with Desjardins graphics standards
  • Coordinate revisions and corrections as needed after receiving customer feedback and quality assurance
  • Following up on requests from the linguistic team
  • Coordinate the delivery of the mandate between the external partner and the internal employee who made the request
  • Takes care of the organization and archiving of the files under his responsibility
  • Participate in supplier services evaluation and keep the list up to date
  • Work with the account manager when updating the billing table

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience in the field of communication and/or marketing, in an advertising agency (an asset)
  • Previous experience in graphic design (a plus)
  • Experience 360: digital and traditional campaign management (print, radio and TV)
  • Experience in casting and directing artistic talents and coordinating suppliers (production houses)
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • For vacancies available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Mastery of the Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in French at an advanced level, both oral and written
  • Intermediate knowledge of English, both spoken and written
