Thus, pure crypto players rub shoulders on the CFF 2022 stage: European Commission, Financial Markets Authority (AMF), Caisse des dépôts et des consignations (CDC), Directorate-General for Finance, Office of Banking and Finance Coordination (OCBF), but also large established players who keep an eye on or even grab crypto, such as Casino Immobilier, Delubac et Cie, DLPK, KPMG and Novethic. The event’s first partner, Societe Generale – Forge even sets a round table for the ambitions of the traditional industry – around Abn Amro Bank, Axa IM, Banco Santander, Banque de France, Swift and Visa – and honors the winners of its competition (the CAST challenge) for the definition of new standards for the markets for tokenised financial instruments.

The CFF also claims to highlight France’s place and driving position to develop crypto – innovation in its territory. Two prestigious guests open and close the event: the new Delegate Minister for Digital Transition and Telecommunications, Jean-Noël Barrot, and the President of the AMF, Robert Ophèle.

“I would like to reaffirm our ambition for the French cryptocurrency ecosystem with the aim of making France a reference in the new Web 3 economy and the leading European center for cryptocurrencies,” the Minister said.

The Crypto & Finance Forum thus launches the 5th Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC), which will also take up residence in the Maison de la Mutualité the next day and place Paris at the center of the European and global crypto chess board for a week.

During the day, the Forum de l’Adan paints the general landscape of crypto – economic, geopolitical, regulatory and competitive – and reveals the macroeconomic issues associated with the upheavals in finance, the monetary landscape and the risks associated with sovereignty. .
