He is the photographer of the stars. Jean-Marie Périer rubbed shoulders with all the celebrities. If he has always been fulfilled professionally, on the private side, the situation is not the same at all. But it must be said that Jean-Marie Périer had quite an extensive love life. According to his own statements, the photographer had five women in his life, two of them very famous. In fact, he had a relationship with Françoise Hardy. After four years of love, the singer leaves him to mate with Jacques Dutronc. From now on, Jean-Marie Périer regards her as his own “best friend”, even though he admits to being one “fell madly in love” by Jacques Dutronc. “But without sex”, he specifies. Jean-Marie Perier was subsequently in a relationship with Julie Andrieu. Their love story lasted only three years. She was 20, he was 53. Too big an age difference for the presenter’s mother, who confided in 2012: “His relationship with Jean-Marie Périer made me sick”.

In his book, Close to heaven, far from paradise, Jean-Marie Périer did touching secrets about his love life : “Let’s first say that I have been quite spoiled, begins the 77-year-old photographer. I have even loved several women forever. But there are three things. First, a man of my age who puts his nose forward to recite nonsense to a lady, it can become pathetic. Then I saw myself as a beard when my own daughter reached the age of the young girls I was still courting. In the end I underwent a benign operation, but it meant to me , that I changed my age. Note that the playboys of my time are quite tidy with cars themselves.”
