The incumbent reports to the Administration and Finance Department and has an important responsibility to contribute to the success of the organization by supporting the management and professional team.


  • Perform various administrative, secretarial and logistic support tasks;
  • Taking and transferring calls, receiving information requests and ensuring the necessary follow-up, welcoming visitors;
  • Complete and update activity schedules;
  • Writing, updating and taking care of the layout of documents;
  • Provide periodic and daily follow-ups related to operations (e.g. key management, bookings, invoicing, accounts receivable, alarm system, stationery, archiving of documents, etc.);
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and writing the minutes;
  • Participate in the organization of events;
  • Update various lists and support the team in spreading information;
  • Classification and archiving of paper and electronic documents;
  • Contribute to all related tasks.


  • Diploma of Vocational Training in Secretarial Studies or Certificate of College Studies in Office Automation, Option Executive Assistant or equivalent training;
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities of the position, particularly in secretarial and administrative support;
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 environment applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams), proficiency in editing PowerPoint presentations, an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of the French language, both oral and written and functional English, both oral and written;
  • Advanced writing level;
  • Knowledge of the school sector, an asset.

  • Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week); probationary period of three months;
  • Entry into employment: now;
  • Competitive salary and benefits including comprehensive group insurance with 65% employer’s contribution, 15 vacation days + personal leave including a break during the holiday period;
  • The regular work schedule is from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday in person. If necessary, availability outside the regular schedule must be taken into account.
